Photopaintings
In Photopaintings I mix my eyes with the people I saw on trips to India, Nepal, Iran and Myanmar, placing myself not behind the camera but inside the box, which has layers of colors and faces that can be rearranged by whoever manipulates the object. Thus, I include the spectator in the making of the portrait that brings us all together. In a second moment, instead of the boxes, I create two-dimensional images.
